My love for the natural world is integrated into all that I do and I invite you to tap into your inner knowing as we transform and expand in ways that are electrifying, unpredictable and imperative. This transformation births healing and deeper connections for clients.  At the core, my work is as a healer and I am honored when I am invited to be of service to clients.

​My passion lies in sharing strategic thinking, deep listening, compassion, and innovative human-centered approaches with each organizational partner. I am deeply committed to issues of racial and social justice and building strong, inclusive organizations and communities. I live in an intentional community on a permaculture farm and draw energy and joy from producing food, nurturing healthy ecosystems, and offering respite to activists, artists, and organizational leaders. Both natural and organizational ecosystems are complex interdependent communities. I enjoy and am adept at untangling messy situations to find leverage points for lasting transformational change.

My offerings with Banyan and beyond are rooted in the notions of paradox and interconnection. Holding multiple truths, while navigating experiences with curiosity, openness, and acceptance are key elements in the way I show up in my work and life. The integration of these notions, combined with a passion for supporting transformational change are foundational to my practice. I have developed a working understanding of these concepts through a decade long heart and mind exploration of the nature of truth and my place within it. Navigating the complexity of my identity as a multi-racial queer femme has been formative, and I have been provided with humbling opportunities to look closer, listen deeper, and develop a consistent presence with the multiple layers of my experience.
