Our approach to individual and organizational change is guided by a commitment to social responsibility, equity and justice, and the unleashing of human potential. We center the following values in our work:

Collaboration: Each project is a creative collaboration between the consultants and the client. We work with you to clarify your goals and co-create a process to achieve them.

Engagement: People impacted by change should be central to the effort. Throughout our work together, we seek cost-effective ways to include the broadest and most diverse array of stakeholders. This practice increases organizational buy-in and ensures more successful implementation.

Customization: Building on what we discover during our time together, we integrate research, “best practices,” and wisdom from the natural world to customize each partnership. Projects are designed to allow organizational uniqueness to surface and be explored and strengthened.

Authenticity: We are authentic and transparent in our relationships. We offer and receive feedback and observations and engage in courageous conversations. A robust organization has the bandwidth to dive into challenging moments and knows that they deepen trust, build bonds, and lead to victory.

Capacity Building: While working together, we intentionally share tools and skills in order to build organizational capacity and reduce organizations’ reliance on outside consultant support. The ultimate goal is for you to learn how to continuously develop your own organization.

Intersectionality: We explore and seek to understand organizational systems, knowing that multiple layers of oppression and power impact individuals and teams in distinct and challenging ways. We share our discoveries with clients in order to co-create just, sustainable, and vibrant organizations.

Compassion: Each of us brings stories of triumph and trauma to our work. Those stories, along with our complex and multiple identities, shape how we move through our lives and impact how we work together. We aim to create processes that value our whole selves - centering love, belonging, peace and justice for all.
